Support groups are a valuable way to connect with others who have experienced similar losses to find support and healing. Our grief support groups are led by mental health professionals and are available to adults, adolescents, and children. They are structured, closed groups that run for 8-10 weeks. Our group curriculum is tailored to each unique type of loss. Each week discusses a different topic related to grief, coping, and healing. We blend education, activities, coping strategies, and group discussion.
Groups must have at least five participants with a maximum of 10 participants to run. The day of the week the group(s) meet is often decided by the best day registrants are available.
