Registration is open. Below is the details for golfing and sponsorship fees. You can register online or mail your registration form. 
 
Golfing Fee: $125.00 pre-paid per person ($75 deductible), which includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart rental, lunch, dinner, all beverages, gifts and prizes.

Hole Sponsor Fee: $200 (100% deductible), your name or company name will be on a printed sign and be placed at a tee or green.

Hole Sponsor + Golf Foursome Fee: $650 ($350 deductible), your name or company name will be on a printed sign and be placed at a tee or green plus a golfer foursome. 

Donations:
If you are unable to attend we also are accepting donations. 

Main Company Sponsorship:
There are a variety of options for company sponsorships. This sponsorship requires a mailed-in form which can be downloaded below.
